got to 3.5 mi at the hour mark and figured "meh, it's only 3 more laps". So I did 4 miles. Also I invented Murple. 8T mascarpone
8 oz greek yogurt (I used Greek Gods Artemis. It's currently competing with my beloved Fage total for supremacy)
1/2c blackberries
1/2c raspberries
raw vanilla (optional)
Pretty straight forward. Mix it all together. Eat it. I call it murple cuz it's mascarpone that turns purple.
And, yes, it's definitely my entire week's worth of fruit and probably 2
weeks worth of dairy rolled into one, but *pats tummy with contented
sigh* WORTH EVERY BITE!
